Rose Skeeters, MA, LPC, PN2 {hybrid life coach & therapist} will be hosting a recovery support group that will focus on emotional mastery and cognitive empathy development through the life coaching lens. This group will be 6 weeks in duration and will begin on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 7 pm EDT. It will run for 90 minutes, including educational portions as well as processing segments so that you can get both group and individualized support. The cost of the group has just been discounted FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY~  $149 USD per week. This includes the hour and a half group sessions as well as two months of 24/7 supports in the From B2B Community. Rose will be teaching about BPD according to the latest research and will build a framework for identity development. Rose will also teach participants how to connect their moral compass to their recovery work as she talks about in her podcast, From Borderline to Beautiful. The group will focus most of their time on learning emotional control and mastery as well as the development of cognitive empathy.
