I had just come off a 16 hour drive and I was tight and had hip and back soreness from sitting in one position. I knew that I had to roll out to alleviate these discomforts so I just did it. Sitting around thinking about it or complaining about it does absolutely nothing to solve the problem. So figure out the solution to your daily woes and implement them.
